You Have To Try This Chili !

It’s that time of year again Chili time! I have found a new way of making my famous Chili, I decided to give my pellet grill a go and I put my hamburger and veggies on the grill and smoked the ingredients.
I must say this had to be the best idea I have came up with. I am not sure if I will ever make it the old way again. There was so much more flavor.
I mixed up my hamburger with my seasonings and I also added some Pico de gallo in with my meat, mixing everything together like a meatloaf.
I cooked the meat till it reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. I cooked everything at 225 degrees on the pellet grill. Once the hamburger reached the proper internal temp of 165 degrees, I removed meat and the vegetables, I broke up the hamburger and sliced up the vegetables and added them all together in a foil pan.
I added my V8 juice and Chili powder mixed all together then I put it back on smoker for another hour and cooked everything together. I removed it and couldn’t wait to try it! ” Success!” I have to say I believe it was the best batch I have ever made.

Ground chuck hamburger 2 lbs
Pico de gallo
Spicy V8 juice
Ground black pepper
