Looking for a easy quick dinner for tonight? Well I have something for you.
Time To Make Some Easy Chicken Parmesan
1 Start the sauce: Heat the olive oil in a saucepan on medium-high heat. Add the onions and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about a minute more.
Then add the crushed tomatoes, oregano, red pepper flakes, and sugar. Bring to a simmer; reduce the heat to maintain the simmer. Cook, uncovered while you prepare the chicken (about 10 to 12 minutes).
2 Preheat oven to 400°F.
3 Pound cutlets thin: Place the chicken cutlets one at a time between two layers of plastic wrap or wax paper. Use a meat hammer, mallet, rolling pin, or even a heavy empty wine bottle to pound or roll the chicken pieces to an even thickness of 1/4 to 1/2-inch...Read More

Let’s try this Beef Brisket Roast.
The brisket is located between the shoulders and the forelegs of the cow .These muscles get a workout, which results in more flavor in the meat, and they are also well marbled with fat, adding even more flavor.
1 Prepare the brisket: On one side of the brisket there should be a layer of fat, which you want. If there are any large chunks of fat, cut them off and discard them. Large pieces of fat will not be able to render out completely.
Using a sharp knife, score the fat in parallel lines, about 3/4-inch apart. Slice through the fat, not the beef. Repeat in the opposite direction to make a cross-hatch pattern.
Salt the brisket well and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
2 Sear the brisket: You’ll need an ovenproof, pot with a cover, or Dutc...Read More

You Have To Try This Awesome Turkey Burger Recipe !!
What’s the Best Kind of Turkey for Turkey Burger ? Ground turkey is typically much leaner than ground beef. In order to keep the burger from being too dry it helps to use ground dark meat from thighs and legs if you can get it. Adding a little olive oil to the mix helps, too. As for flavor, ground turkey on its own just isn’t as flavorful as ground beef, even if you use ground dark meat. But jazzed up with some chopped fresh herbs, a little onion, and garlic? The result is AWESOME! So lets get to making us an herbed turkey burger !

When it comes to grilling chicken, breasts can be a problem for some, especially boneless skinless chicken breasts on the grill. The meat itself is lean, and without the bones to insulate it or skin to protect it, that naked breast on the grill has a tendency to easily overcook and dry out.
Great Way To Grill Chicken Breasts
One method is to marinate chicken cutlets, or chicken breasts pounded to an even thickness, and quickly grill them on high heat. We use this method for our cilantro lime chicken and it works fine.
Another way, which doesn’t require you to change the shape of the chicken breasts, is to brine the chicken first.
All it takes is 30 minutes in a simple brine solution of 1/4 cup kosher salt dissolved in 4 cups water...Read More

Simple Grilled Salmon
I always see someone asking about smoking or grilling salmon, So I figured I would share this easy and simple grilled salmon.
1 Make the marinade: With the typical brine being three elements – sugar, salt and water and most being equal parts sugar and salt, I use a quarter cup salt to one third cup sugar to four cups liquid. The liquid being water, soy sauce and a dry, white wine here. Feel free to use low sodium soy sauce or adjust to less for your taste. Combine marinade or “brine” ingredients in a bowl. If sugar is an ingredient in the marinade you are using, stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, same goes with the salt...Read More

Better-than-restaurant quality fajitas are yours in no time! You can do this indoors or outdoors on your grill. I like using my pellet grill or my weber kettle grill
WHAT KIND OF SHRIMP FOR FAJITAS?
I have no idea how they size shrimp. There are large shrimp that seem medium compared to other shrimp in the store. I’ve never really seen small shrimp, so I’m not sure who is making this scale.
Anyway, for fajitas, I like large shrimp, which usually come 31-35 shrim...

Chipotle Hamburger Recipe
I love a good Hamburger and have many ways I like to make them, I got a recipe from a buddy for chipotle hamburger you have to try,
1 Roast the poblano chiles: If including poblano chiles in your burger, you will need to roast them first. Coat the poblanos with a little oil and grill or broil them until they are blackened on all sides. Alternatively, you can take the plain, un-oiled peppers and place them directly on a gas stovetop burner, turning them as needed, until they are blackened on all sides.
Place the blackened peppers in a covered bowl for 15 minutes or so to steam. Peel off the charred skin and remove all the seeds. Slice into thick ribbons and toss with a little vegetable oil and salt and set aside.
2 Make chipotle burger mix: Mix the ground beef, ...Read More

Today lets make a fun tasty snack made with chicken legs. They are a favorite around my house. The are great to serve as a snack on game day, or even make a meal out them by adding a side. They are a great way to enhance the already favorite “chicken leg” I like to trim it up and remove the skin and then season and wrap in bacon. Yes bacon the food that makes all other food taste even better. I could probably eat these things for breakfast since they have bacon.

Let’s talk about Italian beef, when you think of making Italian beef you usually think of using something like a rump roast, but today we will be using stew meat. That’s right I said stew meat, did I throw you a curve ball on that or what? I have a friend who told me he used stew meat and I decided I would have to give this a try. He used a pressure cooker but I am doing this on a Green Mountain Davey Crockett pellet grill. I think the Smokey flavor will set it off. SoI decided I would smoke the meat first 150 degrees for an hour.Italian Beef2019-06-08 18:38:47Serves 5Italian Beef made with stew meatWrite a reviewPrep Time20 minCook Time3 hrTotal Time3 hr 20 min

Here is a Simple Recipe For Ranch Pork Chops I think your family will love:We all like dinners that are simple and easy to make with minimal clean up and sheet pan dinners are just that, and this simple recipe for Ranch Pork Chops is one of those simple and easy dinners you can make for your family.
What I feel are The Best Pork Chops for Baking in this recipe
- Boneless pork chops will cook faster and are easier to serve. Just slice them up and you’re done!
- Bone-in pork chops have more flavor ( my opinion) and won’t overcook as quickly. There’s more leeway in the cooking time, but that also means that they generally take longer to bake.
It’s just my opinion, but I would rather save the bone-in pork chops for grilling and use boneless for this recipe.
