MORE BACON RECIPES

  • Assemble the low carb casserole ahead of time. You can assemble the whole thing, cover with foil, and keep it in the fridge for a few days. Then, simply bake right before serving.
  • Freeze the chicken casserole. Assemble it the same way, and freeze right in the casserole dish. You can bake it from frozen, but it will cook more evenly if you let it thaw in the fridge first. You may need to give it a good stir after baking, or midway through.
