Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole
Low carb casserole recipes are one of the best, easy kept dinners. This is a low carb chicken bacon ranch casserole recipe that the whole family will love. You can throw it together in advance or make it last minute.There’s no arguing that chicken, bacon and ranch make an amazing, comforting low carb dinner!
I like making casseroles, They are easy and generally simple to make. I find myself always trying something different and mixing things together to see what the out come will be. Let’s get started !!
3-4 Chicken Breasts
1 Pkg of Bacon
1 Broccoli head (Steamed)
1 cup of Ranch Dressing
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp Garlic powder
Salt / Pepper- to taste
Cook your broccoli if fresh I like to steam or you can use frozen
Fry up your package of bacon, place bacon on paper towel, drain some grease and place chicken in skillet cook until no longer pink.
In a bowl combine Chicken, Crumbled Bacon, Steamed Broccoli, Ranch dressing, Cheddar cheese, Heavy Cream, and Seasonings (Salt&Pepper) and mix together
Pre-Heat Oven 400 Degrees
Pour the mixture in the blow to a greased (like bacon grease) baking pan or dish and bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes
- Assemble the low carb casserole ahead of time. You can assemble the whole thing, cover with foil, and keep it in the fridge for a few days. Then, simply bake right before serving.
- Freeze the chicken casserole. Assemble it the same way, and freeze right in the casserole dish. You can bake it from frozen, but it will cook more evenly if you let it thaw in the fridge first. You may need to give it a good stir after baking, or midway through.
