There are more and more people jumping on the Keto Band wagon. I am not a full fledge kept dieter but I have found many things I like and make that would fall into the Keto diet. This recipe is easy, fast and simple no bake brownies. Now you can make a snack that is healthy for you and its a brownie. They are perfect for a snack,dessert, or your lunch, just anytime ! Great with coffee You can lower the carbs by using pecans instead of walnuts

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup whole walnuts
  2. 1/8 tsp sea salt
  3. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  4. 1/2 cup almond or peanut butter
  5. 1/4 cup of your choice of granulated sweetener
  6. 2 tbsp coconut flour or as needed
  7. 1/4 cup of chocolate chips of choice
  8. 1/2 tsp pure vanilla
Instructions
  1. In a bowl or food processor add nuts and seas salt, process until nuts are finely ground
  2. add cocoa powder, nut butter, vanilla, and sweetener and process until well combined and batter comes together
  3. depending on your thickness of nut butter you may need to add coconut flour to help bind together, if needed add 1 tsp at a time until you have reached the right consistency, if you add to much then add a splash of non dairy milk
  4. pules chocolate chips
  5. line baking sheet with parchment paper
  6. roll out the dough in the palms of your hands making small balls and place on the parchment paper
  7. place baking sheet in the freezer for 10- 20 minutes until balls are firm
  8. store in sealed baggie or container
Notes
  1. want lower carbs substitue walnuts for pecans
